ELSaad Pharmaceutical Industries policy since the establishment is to set up a good and effective team. The objective is to connect our products with the final users through medical doctors.
For that goal we have established a first class network consisting of experienced and well-trained medical and sales representatives. For the same purpose, we have established our own offices in the cities of Damascus and Aleppo, and appointed dealers in the rest of Syria cities.

The Syrian Market is split into three independent zones with direct report to the management:

1. Damascus and Southwest of Syria.
2. Aleppo, Center of Syria, and East of Syria.
3. Syrian Western coast.

The total number of Medical representatives is 65.

In relation to Export, we have started exporting our finished products to other countries since the second year of production. We have received contracts from several Arab and foreign countries and have registered our own finished products. Also, we have signed contracts under the supervision of the United Nations to export finished products and have executed several contracts to both Yemen and Iraq. ELSaad Pharmaceutical Industries is geared and ready to export its products around the globe.

ELSaad Pharmaceutical Industries is working hard to continue and improve the production and distribution of high quality products as planned and applied in our quality policy.

We have ISO 9002-1994 Certification and will obtain ISO 9001-2000 Certification and ISO-14001 Certification during 2003.
